Come and join for us an exciting spice filled class using fresh and aromatic ingredients such as curry leaves, mustard seeds, coconut and tamarind to create a South Indian feast from start to finish. Learn the art of making everything from a fragrant South Indian fish curry to deep fried savoury vada doughnuts which we will dunk in spicy tempered sambar dal and top with fresh coconut chutney.
