What is it?

This is a skills session looking to enhance your ability in certain sailing techniques. These sessions are designed as progressive steps from the Levels 1 and 2 courses and to give you a taste of the next steps in your sailing journey. you will receive valuable 'time on the water' and effective feedback to improve your ability.

Example sessions include - tacking, gybing, Rigging and tuning, downwind sailing, racing starts, spinnaker sailing, introduction to Multihull sailing and trapezing.

This session is open to all sailors who hold at least their RYA level 1 certificate and are 16+ years of age.

Each clinic will focus on a specific skill and look to take your ability to the next level in that specific area. topics will depend on ability and Conditions but some examples are tacking, gybing, downwind sailing, racing starts, spinnaker sailing, introduction to Multihull sailing, Rigging and tuning. You will be monitored and coached while on the water, with an open group debrief to discuss and finesse the skills that you have learnt on the water.
