SUP Yoga with The Yoga Yard at South West SUP

SUP Yoga is a great way of improving your core strength while completely immersing yourself in nature to improve your practice. It allows you to naturally listen to your body and respond to the movements of the board – so you become truly present in the moment.

These hour long sessions will include all equipment and include full safety cover in addition to a qualified yoga instructor from the amazing Yoga Yard!

You will be able to do headstands on your board in no time (maybe!)

What to bring

Clothes to wear on the water, water-shoes (if you have them), towel, sun cream

Physical requirements

Good general physical fitness and confident swimmer.


  1. Get changed at our venue, welcome to leave clothes and belongings safely in the store room.
  2. Quick dry land intro to the kit.
  3. Walk the boards a few. meters to the waters edge.
  4. Go paddling!
  5. SUP Yoga with the awesome Yoga Yard
  6. Usually some free time at the end to paddle in the bay by yourselves.
  7. Come back in to the 'shack' and have an organic coffee!


Standard: Guaranteed full refund if cancelling 72h prior.

You will be entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • If your booking is under £200 and you cancelled at least a full 24h prior to the activity start time.
  • If your booking is over £200 and you cancelled at least a full 72h prior to the activity start time.
  • If the centre cancels the activity at any time.

If the conditions on the day aren’t ideal but the activity is still taking place, refunds & rescheduling will only be provided under special circumstance
