    What to bring
    1. Parking is anywhere in the car park at NOA HQ and Pleasure Boat Inn pub

    1. It’s advisable to bring a wetsuit if you have one (currently no westuit hire available due to COVID) and especially in the earlier months of the year, however this may prove to be too warm over the summer – but ultimately remember SUP is a dry sport (once learnt) and the idea isn’t to go swimming!

    1. If you don't have a wetsuit then a few changes of clothes to enable you to change into - just in case of any accidents!

    1. Time on the water to last 1.5 - 2 hours, so make sure you bring some food and snacks to keep you going - SUP can be tiring, especially when you're learning for the first time!

    1. Please note that if you bring a camera make sure it's of the waterproof kind or in waterproof pouch which should be fine - but don’t drop it or you may never see it again and make sure it's tied on to your body somewhere!

    1. If you wear glasses or want to look uber cool in pictures in your sunglasses, please remember that if you head for a swim they may get dislodged from your head, so please remember to tie or secure them on in place. If needed you can purchase a 'Croakie' from us to ensure that the cool shades don't end up looking better on a fish than you!
