Surf lesson including use of equipment at Lossiemouth East Beach.

1. be able to swim and be confidant in the water

1. swim wear
2. towel
3. sunscreen
4. warm clothes

1. meet at hut and issue wetsuit and board
2. head to the beach for introduction to catching waves and surfing prone (laying down)
3. Get in the water and catch some waves!
4. Back to beach for 'pop-up' practice
5. Into the water to catch some waves and stand up!!
