This session is perfect for a group who are looking for some SUP action and time exploring secret spots not accessible by car on the beautiful River Tamar.

Starting off kneeling on the board, you’ll learn the paddle techniques and get used to the feel of being on the board as you paddle around. Then you’ll progress to standing up and doing turns. Once you’ve got this cracked, you’re off, cutting through the water like a SUP pro, paddleboarding confidently along the River on an adventure tailored to the weather and tides.

This session will be tailored to your groups intentions and there will be two instructors.

Two Hour Paddle-boarding Lesson and journey

1. Welcome, introduction and safety briefing
2. Move from kneeling on the board to standing up, learn paddle strokes, turns and tricks and games
3. An adventure along the river exploring all it has to offer.
