Enjoy all the benefits of Yoga in a beautiful, natural setting with our popular SUP Yoga session!


Combining the fastest growing Watersport in the world (Stand Up Paddleboarding) and the benefits of Yoga, this is the perfect way to escape day to day stresses. Set with the idyllic background of the rolling Welsh hills, a hidden gem in South East Wales. No experience of either is necessary.

What to bring

You may want to bring a towel and a change of clothes. Wetsuits are not essential but may be desirable in wet weather and on cooler days. You can bring your own if you have one or are welcome to use one of ours. If you have any water shoes/boots, these are handy for getting in and out but not essential.

Itinerary

Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can be suited and ready to get on the water at 10h00. Once checked in you will be given a wetsuit and directed to the changing area. Once ready please meet your instructor in front of the Watersports Centre. Following a short briefing you will carry your board to the water. It’s a short, warm up paddle out to the SUP Yoga Dock that will be waiting for you. From here the instructor will guide you through your session.

On arrival at the Visitor Centre car park please approach the barrier (you will receive the code after purchase). From here follow the road around turning left above the dinghy park, please note 5 mph speed restrictions.
