Yin Yoga (Sundays 75mins)

This is a longer session of Sunday night chill out Yin Yoga, to allow plenty of time in the poses and to really indulge ourselves in the practice of letting go.

Yin Yoga is a passive form of yoga where we work with the meridian lines 'chi' - energy and poses target the denser connective tissues of the body.. The practice is meditative and the poses are held for longer durations. Class is suitable for all and modifications and options are given.

We practice letting go in Yin Yoga, and to help us do that we support the body in postures using props like blocks, blankets, cushions etc so that we don't need to hold ourselves in a muscular way at all and we can submit to the pose completely.

If you're someone who sits at home dreading Monday coming around on a Sunday evening or you're a bit stressed out and hold a lot of tension then this is the practice for you. It's also great for people new to yoga who don't want to follow a sequence, it's just great all round really and I love it.

What to bring

You can use blocks or books work as a substitute with something wrapped around them, cushions, blankets and towels roll up well to offer support too. You will also need a yoga mat & comfortable loose clothing.


Cancellations with minimum 24hrs notice can be rescheduled to following week

We cannot provide refunds for cancellations or no shows. However, we appreciate that sometimes circumstances change beyond our control and other life stuff may crop up we are happy to reschedule you to a class the following week if 24 hours notice is given.

No refunds or transfers will be given if less than 24 hours notice is provided or you don't show on the day.
