Description

Yin Yoga is a passive form of yoga where we work with the meridian lines and 'chi' - energy to balance and restore. Poses target the connective tissues, joints and ligaments of the body. The practice is meditative and the poses are held for longer durations, class is suitable for all and modifications and options are given.

We practice letting go in Yin Yoga, and the body is supported in postures using props so that we don't need to hold ourselves in a muscular way at all and we can submit to the pose completely, it is recommended that you have firm cushions, a blanket that can be rolled up or a towel for the class, or anything you have at home that could offer support comfortably.


A wonderfully indulgent practice perfect for a chilled out Sunday evening.


What to bring

Please have some props handy to use for the class, cushions, blankets or anything you can roll up to support the body

Cancellations

Cancellations with minimum 24hrs notice can be rescheduled to following week

We cannot provide refunds for cancellations or no shows. However, we appreciate that sometimes circumstances change beyond our control and other life stuff may crop up we are happy to reschedule you to a class the following week if 24 hours notice is given.


No refunds or transfers will be given if less than 24 hours notice is provided or you don't show on the day.
