yoga - Up to 18 people


Yin Yoga is a passive form of yoga where we work with the meridian lines 'chi' - energy and poses target the connective tissues, joints and ligaments of the body. The practice is medatitive and the poses are held for longer durations, class is suitable for all and modifications and options are given.

We practice letting go in Yin Yoga, and the body is supported in postures using props so that we don't need to hold ourselves in a muscular way at all and we can submit to the pose completely (some props are available to use if you don't have these yourself don't worry, but if you have a blanket to bring and a firm cushion or any blocks that would be great, the more support the better).

What to bring

a yoga mat and any props you might have handy to support the body, the more support the better for this session. Supports can be cushions, blankets or towels to roll up, yoga blocks and bricks if you have them, or a thick book can substitute as a brick, a strap or belt also if you have one.


Cancellations with minimum 24hrs notice can be rescheduled to following week

We cannot provide refunds for cancellations or no shows. However, we appreciate that sometimes circumstances change beyond our control and other life stuff may crop up we are happy to reschedule you to a class the following week if 24 hours notice is given.

No refunds or transfers will be given if less than 24 hours notice is provided or you don't show on the day.
