SUP & YOGA SESSION

Description

Excited to be able to offer these sessions later in the summer time with fabulous fun SUP instructor Simon Palmer of Valley Adventures.


This will be a fully instructed session, with all equipment provided (inc wetsuit). You will learn the skills required to safely paddle on a stand up paddle board and then have some time paddling on the River Tees at Preston Park enjoying the scenery and maybe a splash or too.


We will also practice some yoga too, working on our balance, core strength and one of the keys to a peaceful life - being present :-)


Come and enjoy an evening of fun on the river, all welcome, no experience required just a willingness and a smile.


We look forward to SUP-ing and yoga-ing with you :-)


There will also be an option for a beer garden beverage after the session if people would like to do that :-)


Spaces are limited to 8 so please book on as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. You can do 1 session or book on to both.

Itinerary

An on-land introduction to safety and techniques/skill learning for paddling


A guided paddle on the river and some yoga.

Cancellations

Cancellations with minimum 24hrs notice can be rescheduled to following week

We cannot provide refunds for cancellations or no shows. However, we appreciate that sometimes circumstances change beyond our control and other life stuff may crop up we are happy to reschedule you to a class the following week if 24 hours notice is given.


No refunds or transfers will be given if less than 24 hours notice is provided or you don't show on the day.
