Book your place and just bring a friend along for free no need to book them in.

A great way to give yoga to a friend who might have wanted to try out some outdoor yoga OR book yourself in and share the cost with a friend so you both get a class for £3.00 - great way to get some more practice in this week.

They will need their own mat that is the only requirement. But please get in touch if this is a problem I may be able to bring a spare mat.

We will practice together a flowing style of yoga working through a range of poses to open the body, and will connect us to nature and all the beauty of our northeast coast and the sound of the ocean.

If you're swimming after yoga please bring appropriate gear for that. (must be confident in the water and able to swim).

& if people are happy to do this I will be encouraging a litter pick whilst we are on the beach, so if you'd like to bring a bag to put any rubbish in and we'll just collect anything that we see where we are on the beach that would be wonderful.

Keeping the place as beautiful as it can be.

We will be in front of Tuned In for this session as it's no longer appropriate on Wednesdays to do the session by the sand dunes. Thanks

Come with an open mind and explore the practice of yoga in the outdoors, as nature dictates nothing is permanent so we will go with the flow on the day.

Please meet at Tuned In, I have had to move the sessions due to the space I normally use being taken over by another very large group sadly so we will be in front of the Tuned In building instead where it won't be as busy. Thanks
