OUTDOOR Yoga In The Park (Vinyasa)

Join me for an hour of outdoor yoga. Practicing yoga outdoors has so many benefits, feeling connected to mother nature being one of them as well as getting a boost of vitamin D and lowering stress levels.

It is my favourite way to practice yoga so I would love to make the most of this time now that we can get together in small groups.

Sessions are limited to 5 people to comply with social distancing rules and we will maintain the 2mtrs distancing at all times.

You will need to bring your own mat to use and any props (blanket, blocks, strap) that you might need so that we are not sharing equipment.

Sessions will also be weather dependant, but I have high hopes for great weather and being blessed by some beautiful sunshine.

What to bring

Please bring your own mat and any other items that you may benefit from using

Also bring some water and sunscreen and wear comfortable clothing, sunglasses and perhaps a hat too.


It is required that we maintain the 2mtrs social distance at all ltimes


Cancellations with minimum 24hrs notice can be rescheduled to following week

We cannot provide refunds for cancellations or no shows. However, we appreciate that sometimes circumstances change beyond our control and other life stuff may crop up we are happy to reschedule you to a class the following week if 24 hours notice is given.

No refunds or transfers will be given if less than 24 hours notice is provided or you don't show on the day.

Where we'll meet

The meeting location is decided on the day.

We will meet at the main entrance of the park at 9.55am then make our way to a suitable spot
