  • Description

    Join me for an hour of outdoor yoga. Practicing yoga outdoors has so many benefits, feeling connected to mother nature being one of them as well as getting a boost of vitamin D if the sun is shining and lowering stress levels.

    You will need to bring your own mat to use and any props (blanket, blocks, strap) that you might need.

    Sessions will also be weather dependant, and I will offer a refund or alternative class if it's rained off.

    What to bring

    Please bring your own mat and any other items that you may benefit from using


    Also bring some water and sunscreen and wear comfortable clothing, sunglasses and perhaps a hat too.
