Hi folks,


I would love you to join me for a Yin Yoga 75mins special live online class on Wednesday 8th April in honour of the next Full Moon.


The full moon will grace our skies from April 7th but will appear brightest in the UK from 3.35am on April 8th. It will be a supermoon as well and is named the Pink Moon after a native american flower that blooms in spring. Harness the energy and power of the moon, if you've never practiced around the moon time before it is a really great time to listen in to our energies, minds and hearts and yin is a perfect practice for this.


Poses are held for around 3 to 5 minutes and we'll be working with poses for the heart and small intestine meridian lines.


I would recommend you put together a collection of items like cushions, blankets anything that you can support your body with at home, if you don't have actual yoga blocks you can use a thick book wrapped in a pillow case or anything at all really. During these times we can be inventive with our props at home, but try and have a few things handy to support your body in the postures. The idea is that we fully let go and to release and relax it is important to use some supports where required.


You'll need a yoga mat and if you can, for extra moon connection, position that in a room by a window where you can see the moon and be bathed in it's light, maybe even wrap up warm and take your mat outside in to the garden.

Cancellations

Cancellations with minimum 24hrs notice can be rescheduled to following week

We cannot provide refunds for cancellations or no shows. However, we appreciate that sometimes circumstances change beyond our control and other life stuff may crop up we are happy to reschedule you to a class the following week if 24 hours notice is given.


No refunds or transfers will be given if less than 24 hours notice is provided or you don't show on the day.
