Fancy dress of some description is obligatory, but you'll also need to stay warm, so layer up underneath. Neoprene layers, or any layers, are a must. Plus some form of wet footwear. You'll also need your Thames licence...
– You should be able to swim.
– You should be over 18. All children must be accompanied by at least one adult.
– You must have completed our booking form.
You do not need to be a proficient swimmer, but you should feel comfortable about falling into water while wearing a buoyancy aid. A certain level of flexibility and ability to get up to standing from kneeling is required for learning to paddleboard.
We will be taking extra precautions to keep you safe and well. Every paddle, board and buoyancy aid will be disinfected before and after use, and antibacterial hand wash will be used at the end of each session. We will be keeping 2m apart on the water, but also before and after each session.
Please cover any cuts on your feet/legs with plasters.
