Start & Finish:

We start this trip unusually, by meeting at the finish point which Billy's Beach Cafe in Bracklesham before then driving to Itchenor where we commence the paddle boarding from. We time this trip so that we are on the outgoing tide from Itchenor passing through the wonderful scenery of Chichester Harbour onto West Wittering and then Bracklesham.

All in, we allow 4 to 5 hours but the actual paddling should take a comfortable 2 to 3 hours at a relaxed pace. We work on the tide and an assumption that the dominant wind direction (SW) will help push us eastward towards Bracklesham once we round East Head just off West Wittering.

This trip is done at a relaxed pace but we ask that participants are not complete beginners with at least 2 hours paddling experience behind them.

Available Dates: Although we have set dates for this trip we can arrange the trip on separate dates for private groups if you have a minimum of 4 persons - just contact us to discuss options

You must be able bodied and able to swim 50m for this trip

Water, towel, hat, sun cream, sun glasses plus a wet suit if you have one and shoes you don't mind getting wet (if you don't have a wetsuit we can hire you one) plus money for drinks / food at the finish (pub perhaps?)

We allow 4 to 5 hours for this event with an allowance of 2 to 3 hours for the paddling and an hour sorting transportation either end of the trip and an hour as contingency. The paddling is at a relaxed pace taking in the wonderful views around the harbour. We know you'll love this trip and the well deserved lunch or dinner afterwards.
