Itinerary
The session will consist of some breath work, a warm up and mobilisation element. This is followed by the main part of the session where we will practice the main asanas. Finally we will cool down with some relaxation and breath work to fully calm the mind and relax the body.
please adhere to social distancing of 2m throughout the session which is limited to 5 people to comply with COVID-19 guidelines.
