Important information
Join Excelsior Adventures and Alex Fraser Coaching for a workout with a twist. You will be doing your workout on the water - balancing on a stand-up paddleboard. This workout will challenge the full body on and off land, while on the board we will focus on working the deep core muscles. Seriously improve your bodyweight strength and balance with this workout.
Classes will run on a Tuesday morning at 7.30am and will be held at Castle Semple in Lochwinnoch. This 6 week block run as follows;

Tue 27th July
It is £90 for the full 6 week block. This includes board hire for each session and wetsuit hire if needed. You can, however, bring your own equipment.
*This class pass does not include the taster session on Tue 1st June*
