Wednesday evenings are aimed at those who would like to get 'paddle fit' with anaerobic and aerobic workouts. Skill's will based around floating slalom gates :)
These Bookings are for club members only the Club is not taking cash for any booking.

The government has announced that from 1 June people can go outside more than once a day for exercise, alone, with members of their household, or with up to, but no more than 5 people from outside of their household as long as they are following social distancing guidelines. (minimum of 2 metres apart).
For the Club this means 1 coach or leader plus 5 people to this ens we will run Two sessions on a Saturday.
