This is for the youngsters that have taken the silver course, had some sessions on the water since, are making good progress and are riding in both directions. The Gold Course involves three 2.5 hour practical water sessions during the school summer holidays to advance further skills in the following;

1. Upwind work
2. Riding with power
3. Introducing deep water
4. Board recovery
5. First jumps

Please note: It is not possible to roll sessions over or miss sessions. However due to the varied nature of the wind, Edge may postpone the timing of the sessions so we do ask you to be flexible.

The Youth Gold Course will commence on Mon 9th August and session times will be Mon 9th Aug 12:30-15:00, Tue 10th Aug 13:00 – 15:30, Wed 11th Aug 14:00 – 16:30.

Completed the Youth Silver Course and riding in both directions.

For Watersports Lessons/Hires - all watersports equipment and wetsuit/buoyancy aid is provided and included in your lesson cost but bring your own wetsuit if you have it as you know the fit will be perfect. Wetsuit accessories (gloves & boots) are not included and we would recommend considering buying at least some wetsuit boots to get the most out of lessons near the start and end of the season when it is a little colder (mar-apr and oct onwards).
