E-Foiling is the hottest foiling watersports experience right now! A significant factor responsible for the rapid growth of this sport is its accessibility and speed of progression compared to other foiling sports. Even with no prior boardsports experience, most riders will be up and riding for a period within just one session.

For all watersports - Water confidence & the ability to swim 50m unassisted.

For land based activities - ability to stand continuously and conduct moderate activity for extended periods

Introduction to E-Foiling age 16+

For Watersports Lessons - all watersports equipment and wetsuit/buoyancy aid is provided and included in your lesson cost but bring your own wetsuit if you have it as you know the fit will be perfect. Wetsuit accessories (gloves & boots) are not included and we would recommend considering buying at least some wetsuit boots to get the most out of lessons near the start and end of the season when it is a little colder (mar-apr and oct onwards).
