Cancellation terms:

Full 24 hr notice prior to the activity start time must be provided to receive a refund for bookings under or equal to £200 in value. (may be subject to refund fee below)
Full 96 hr notice prior to the activity start time must be provided to receive a refund for bookings above £200 in value. (may be subject to refund fee below)
There are no refunds for instructor training courses. We employ specialist outside trainers for these courses.

Refund fee:

In line with the terms of our booking provider, some canellations will now incur a 3% refund fee. This covers the cost of the payment and refund card transaction. This fee is only applicable to cancellations requesting a refund. This will not apply to cancellation & rescheduling or those who wish to retain their payment as an edgewatersports gift voucher.
