Coco will work with the student to improve their paddle stroke and overall paddling ability. The course will run for 1.5 hours and cover many areas of paddling.
You should have your own board, paddle, leash and ideally buoyancy aid.
No specialist clothing is required. In warm weather, ordinary gym gear will be fine (shorts/leggings/T-shirt/sweatshirt), with old sandals or trainers you don't mind getting wet. Or you can get cheap neoprene wet shoes from most large supermarkets.
In colder weather, a wetsuit or drysuit would be advisory.
Always bring a towel and a change of clothes just in case you go in during the paddle boarding session.
Coco will assess your ability and coach you in the skills that you need the most, whether this is board control, paddle stroke or turning.
