4.5 mile (7km) paddle along the Regent Canal

This is a fully guided tour that includes coaching and tuition, (this paddle is suitable for novice paddlers). You are invited to join me on this adventure paddle along the Regent Canal from Little Venice to Camden Market Via Regents Park.

This will be a very easy social paddle with a stop at lovely cafe/bar for a drink and then a light lunch at Camden Market.

Until April 2021 this will be a 1:1 personal Tour. Please message me if you would like to book for more people after April.

Rules and restrictions during coronavirus - Exercising

You should minimise time spent outside your home, but you can leave your home to exercise. This should be limited to once per day, and you should not travel outside your local area.

You can exercise in a public outdoor place:

1. by yourself
2. with the people you live with
3. with your support bubble (if you are legally permitted to form one)
4. in a childcare bubble where providing childcare
5. or, when on your own, with 1 person from another household

This includes but is not limited to running, cycling, walking, and swimming. Personal training can continue if participants are from the same household or support bubble. It can also continue if it is one-on-one, although this should only take place in a public outdoor place, and not in someone’s private home or garden.

Must be able to Stand Up Paddle Board (not a total beginner) and must be able to swim 5m.

Winter/Spring

You need a wetsuit, wetsuit booties, hat, towel, dry clothes

Spring/SummerAutumn

Wear something comfortable, bring a towel, dry clothes and a drink.

Itinerary

11:30am - Paddle on the Regent Canal to Camden Lock

1:00pm - Lunch at Camden Market (only £10 including soft drink)

1:45pm - Paddle on the Regent Canal to Little Venice

3:15pm - Back @ Little Venice
