Description

Loch Earn is one of the many lochs of Breadalbane and is rich in history.


The loch was once the historic boundary between Pictland and Dalriada, or Dál Riata, the kingdom of the Scots, who came from Ireland, Dundurn at the east end of the loch being a Pictish frontier fort.

What to bring

Dress for the weather with footwear you don't mind getting a bit wet.

Remember this is Scotland, there's a fair chance it will change, so pack yourself a spare layer and some waterproofs, just in case

This is a novice level trip, all you need is a sense of adventure.

We'll explore the loch from our canoes taking in the spectacular scenery and rich history of this stunning loch.

Cancellations

Rigid: Guaranteed full refund if cancelling 5 days prior.

You will be entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • If your booking is under £200 and you cancelled at least a full 72h prior to the activity start time.
  • If your booking is over £200 and you cancelled at least a full 5 days prior to the activity start time.
  • If the centre cancels the activity at any time.

If the conditions on the day aren’t ideal but the activity still takes place, you will not be eligible for a refund.
