Introduction to Wild Swimming

Join a relaxed swimming experience in a beautiful setting on the Anglesey Coast where we will teach you about picking the right location, tides, what to watch out for, cold water shock and most importantly have an enjoyable swim.

Our session will give you the confidence and knowledge to plan your own Open Water Swim.


We also offer bespoke sessions as a private experience just for you, or you can book with a friend or partner.


Once you have booked, you will receive an information sheet by email telling you everything you need to bring and where to meet. Refreshments are included on most sessions and you will be advised if you need to bring a packed lunch.

Our guides are STA Level 2 Open Water Swimming Coaches and have a passion as well as a strong respect for the sea.

Wetsuits, goggles, swim caps and tow float are included, unless you would prefer to bring your own.

What to bring

We provide wetsuits. Should you have your own and would prefer to use that then please do bring it with you.

Please bring your goggles and swimsuits along with a towel or dry robe .

You should also bring any medication you would normally carry.


Swim at least 50 metres


Our swim guides will contact you nearer to the date of your booking once they have determined the weather conditions.


Standard: Guaranteed full refund if cancelling 72h prior.

You will be entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • If your booking is under £200 and you cancelled at least a full 24h prior to the activity start time.
  • If your booking is over £200 and you cancelled at least a full 72h prior to the activity start time.
  • If the centre cancels the activity at any time.

If the conditions on the day aren’t ideal but the activity is still taking place, refunds & rescheduling will only be provided under special circumstance
