For people looking for a really different birthday celebration we run 2-hour children’s SUP parties on the canal at Brentford Lock for £35/child. We can take groups of up to 18 young people from aged 8 upwards, all children need to be able to swim. Group sizes in multiples of 6 are ideal because of coach ratios – but we can accommodate any size group from five children.

We are also happy to add parents to the group - although this is primarily a childs lesson.

The child must be able to swim and be confident in the water.

What to wear?

No specialist clothing is required. Active wear such as shorts, t-shirt or light layers are fine in warm weather. No cotton/jean/denim as this stays cold when wet. If it is chilly, add a fleece and waterproofs. Footwear is mandatory. Bring an extra pair of sandals or trainers you don’t mind getting wet to paddle in.

Wetsuits are available on request. Towel and a change of clothes is good to have.
