This is a SUP hire for the Tidal Thames - only available to regular Active360 paddlers on the Tidal Thames and helpers/new coaches in training.

Confident and competent paddler, TSK completed or in a process of completion (Module 1 completed)

Paddling gear appropriate for the weather incl. neoprene boots

Mobile phone in a waterproof phone case

Spare clothes to take with you - fleece, thermal top etc. (in case you fall in)

Dry bag with essentials and spare clothes

Water and/or Flask with a hot drink

Snack

Sunscreen !
