DRSA Ace Fitness - Boot Camp

This is a DRSA only session.

Ace Fitness is a group fitness session based at the Royal William Yard.

This session is 9 years and older. Groups will be set based on age/fitness level.

This is a boot camp style workout designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise. The exercises will follow the principles of Strength and Conditioning (S & C):

  1. Energy system development
  2. Functional movements
  3. Strength development
  4. Conditioning

The sessions will suit all abilities and fitness backgrounds. Sessions will be differentiated to suit your needs.

**These sessions may involve equipment - equipment will be used on an individual bases and cleaned to Covid standards before and after use **
