1. Able to swim 50m in open water.
2. Under 18's must have an accompanying adult.
3. You must have surfed before, and understand what rip currents are and how to deal with them

1. Sun cream (fingers crossed!)
2. Drinking water
3. Warm clothing for before and after the lesson
4. Swim suit. (NB baggy items tend to be uncomfortable under wet suits).
