Walk to the Summit of Cheviot

Please allow a full day for this adventure, however we are likely to be less than 8 hours.

We will meet for 9am at Langleeford. This is the harthope valley and you drive right to the end.

Alongside the wildlife, expect to see some waterfalls and great views! If it's a clear day, you can see the lake district and the sea!

This walk has some steep terrain at times and can be challenging.

1. We ask you have a good level of fitness. However, we walk at a steady pace. If you are unsure, please get in touch! We are here to support you.

1. Walking boots with ankle support.
2. Waterproof jacket and trousers.
3. Small rucksack.
4. Lunch and plenty of water.
5. Personal medication.
