A lovely way to start your day with a relaxing paddle towards Warkworth castle. Really great for your mental health. Everyone welcome and you can include a swim to wake you up ready for the day ahead.

What to bring

Equipment provided. You only need shoes you can get wet, and a towel for after. Note: You will be asked to change by the car, so we recommend arriving in a swimsuit, which can be worn under the wetsuit provided.
