Relax with Paddleboard Yoga at our sheltered lake.
Description
This Yoga session will include an introduction to paddle boarding if you need one! Followed by a relaxing SUP Yoga session. This is a fantastic way to get a feel for the stability of a paddleboard.
The Lake at Sleekburn is clean, sheltered and a lovely place to be on the water.
The yoga session is delivered by Jules who has been teaching SUP yoga for years.
There will also be a Paddleboard Coach on the session to assist in any way they can.
The boards will be attached to our SUP Yoga dock so we will stay anchored together.
There is no previous experience required for paddle boarding or yoga! So try something new today!
We provide all equipment.
