Description
Come join me for a beautiful, grounding and releasing slow yoga flow in West Worthing every Thursday. Drawing from traditional Hatha yoga, this session encourages listening to your body, drawing awareness to your breath and the present moment. You’ll be guided through a series of gentle, flowing yoga poses designed to ground you and nurture your connection to the present moment. So bring your yoga mat, an open heart, and a willingness to explore the harmony between mind and body. Rediscover the art of being present, and leave with a newfound sense of calm and clarity.
Location - St John the Divine West Worthing, Elm Grove, Worthing BN11 5NQ. There are 6 parking spots on the premises and free roadside parking.
Arrival - Please enter the building and leave shoes outside in the hallway. The class will begin promptly, so it is recommend to arrive 5-10 minutes before, and the door will be locked whilst the session is happening so any late arrivals may not be able to get in.
