Our Ofqual regulated award is designed to meet the requirements set by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) for workplace first aid. In just 1 day (minimum 6 hours required), you'll gain essential knowledge on how to manage emergency situations in a professional and confident manner - from dealing with wounds and treating shock to resuscitation techniques.

This course will be a mix of indoor and outdoor content, as such you will be expected to come prepared for the weather and spending some time walking to and from scenario venues.

For the purpose of the course you will need to demonstrate certain skills down on the ground, such as CPR and recovery position, if for any reason you may have difficulty with getting up or down off the floor please let us know before the course, so we can make reasonable adjustments.

We provide all training equipment, including pens and paper but you are welcome to bring your own.
