REFUND POLICY:

If you pay for a membership with Kendal Snowsports Club you have, as part of UK law under the Consumer Protection regulations (2000) that relate to distance selling, a seven-day cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel your membership and receive a refund. If you do decide to cancel within the seven days, we will refund your payment within 30 days of your cancellation. No refund will be given if Kendal Snowsports Club believes that an individual has benefited in any way from being a member of Kendal Snowsports Club, e.g. by entering or competing in a club activity or by having access to coaching materials or by obtaining member discounts.

Should you wish to cancel your membership within the seven day cooling off period, please email us at info@kendalsnowsportsclub.co.uk.

Any product(s) purchased either online or in the club will be fully refunded if 2 days notice is given prior to the published activity. Should you wish a refund, please email us at info@kendalsnowsportsclub.co.uk.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP:

Any member can cancel their membership at anytime and will then not be bound by our regulations from that point onwards. No refund will be offered.

GUEST MEMBERSHIP (Taster or GoSkiGoBoard sessions):

Please note as a guest you are not entitled to many of the insurance benefits associated with other membership categories. Each guest must have fulfilled the required quastionaires as requested in each activity type.
