Coasteering

• Get up close to the Cornish coastline and its sea life

Get up close and personal to the Stunning Cornish Coastline and plunge into an exciting trip combining wild swimming, climbing, leaping, diving, orienteering and extreme rock pooling. Coasteering is an aquatic nature trail set in amongst an eco-adventure playground!

If you are over 8 years of age and can swim comfortably in the sea you can come on a trip. You will always have a wetsuit and buoyancy aid along with a helmet to keep you bobbing along with the group. 

All safety kit is supplied with winter thickness wetsuits, buoyancy aids and Helmets. You will need to bring some old trainers that you don't mind getting wet (wetsuit boots or shoes are not adequate) as well as an old pair of shorts to wear over the wetsuits to prevent any ripping of the wetsuit bum area! Always remember a towel and some water and a change of clothes for the finish.

We will meet at Vertical Blue HQ to receive all of the required kit. We will then drive to either Rinsey (10 minutes away) or Porthoustock (30 minutes away) for your session. We will try and inform you as early as possible regarding the destination so make sure you leave a contact number for this.
