Refunds and cancellations – if the Trust cancels your booking then a credit, reschedule or a full refund will be offered. The Trust does not offer refunds on customer cancellations, customers will be able to re-book their session within a 12 month period. Refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Head of Fisheries.
