Rock Climbing Taster Session

Experience the thrill of rock climbing in one of the Lake Districts oldest sports with Genuine Adventures!

Our Rock Climbing Taster Session will take you to some of the most beautiful climbing spots in the Lake District. During your 3-hour session, our experienced instructors will guide you through how to remain save at the crag and teach you the basics of rock climbing. You'll get a chance to explore different routes and develop your skills as you learn more about this thrilling sport. Climb to new heights and challenge yourself on an unforgettable adventure designed for all levels - from first-timers to experienced climbers!

You will require a medium level of fitness.

Medium level of adventure.

Minimum age 8.

You will need:

1. Clothes for the weather
2. Good fitting shoes or boots
3. Water bottle

During your session you will learn:

1. How to fit your harness and helmet correctly
2. How to belay each other and keep climbers safe from the ground.
3. Tips and tricks of rock climbing and rock climbing technique
4. and to have fun while you're doing it.
