You must be able to walk over uneven ground for an extended period- approx 400meters.

  1. What to bring

The weather in the Falklands is often challenging. We recommend you bring with you some warm clothing with windproof and waterproof layers recommended. Ideally some robust footwear as this tour does involve walking over uneven ground.

  1. Itinerary

The journey to Kelp Point takes about 1.5hrs (half the journey on gravel roads and half off-road 4WD adventure). We will be passing interesting historical and geological landmarks along the way.

Before you know it we will be arriving at the remote breath taking location of the breeding Southern Elephant Seals.

We will then have time to explore the surrounding area having the option to visit a historical shipwreck and breeding Gentoo Penguin colony.

We will finish the tour with a guided highlights tour of Stanley the Falklands Capital. We can then either drop you back at the cruise port or wherever you would like to carry on exploring or shopping.
