River and Dale Adventures is a small family run business, based in the heart of Yorkshire. We offer an array of fun and exciting activities for friends, families and fellow outdoor enthusiasts including, but not limited to, paddleboarding trips, rock climbing and navigation courses, all the way through to Scottish Canoe Expeditions.

As well as regular planned events and activities throughout the year, we can also offer off the shelf bespoke packages, ideal for family getaways, stag or hen do's or a fun experience for a group of friends wanting to escape ordinary life.
