1. What you Need to Bring

1. A wetsuit if you have one -

We will supply wetsuits if

Required.

1. T-Shirt and shorts if a hot sunny day.

1. Old Runners of beach shoes

A towel

1. Please arrive pre changed into swimsuits as we have no changing Facilities presently, it also saves time.

The 120 minute session includes all equipment & instruction on technique, tidal / Weather awareness, paddle technique, self rescue & safety , entering and exiting the water safely.
