Improve you swim fitness and get ready for winter pool swim training

Description

These 1 hour structured fitness swim sessions on Sunday 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th will include technique, pacing, endurance and speed development . A programme will be provided for you to follow during your session including a warm up, drills , fitness set and a cool down. Varying volume will allow you to work according to your ability. Reserve your spot now and make this winter your best swimming season yet!



Besoins

Swimmers must be able to swim 200 meters continuously with ease.

Quoi amener

Swimsuit and swim hat. Goggles as needed. Towels and personal items for changing.

Ideally pull body, kick board, swim fins,, hand paddles and centre snorkel. None are essential. PLEASE DISCUSS WITH ME BEFORE PURCHASING TO ENSURE CORRECT PRODUCT.

Itinéraire

A coached swim session will be provided which will include usually a warm up, drills, main set, HITT set and cool down. Monday sessions on October will be without a coach but a session will be provided before hand.
