Description

This BKSA / RYA approved introductory lesson is designed for those who have no previous wingsurfing or wingfoiling experience, and aims to get you to grips with handling and steering the wing on a SUP / windsurf board. Gaining ground up and down wind, pump the sail and learn self rescue techniques.

Besoins

Should be water confident / able to swim 50m unaided

No prior wing experience neccessary

Itinéraire

Arrive 15mins early, the instructor will be there ready to chat with you through where you're at and what you want to get out of the session. From there you'll be ready to start the lesson!
