A 4 week course looking to overhaul your front crawl.
This 4 week course is a great way to spend time focussing on your swim technique as the weather starts to warm up,
It will cover the main which can inhibit front crawl effectiveness; body position , arm pull efficiency and kick timing.
It is geared towards swimmers who feel stuck and frustrated in their swimming, that they're not going as fast as they think they should be able to, they get out of breath quicker than they should, which frustrates them and decentivises them from swimming more.
In a small group (max 8) the Joyful Swim Co teacher will work with you to overhaul your front crawl 1 hour at a time over this 4 week course
the 4 weeks will be the one you book, and then the next 3 consecutive weeks. For example in July - July 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd.
