Backchannels Coaching - Saturday AM

For this session your coach should have identified you as being capable of starting to paddle on the Back Channels.

This session is designed for those new to moving water paddling or those wanting to improve their skills on the Back Channels. You will be placed into an appropriate skill group on the day.

If you do not have your own kit there is an additional charge of £2 for the hire of a buoyancy aid, spray-deck, helmet, paddle and boat.

You must be confident capsizing with a spray deck on and able to confidently control your craft on the flat.

Please keep an eye on river levels on the Colwick gauge
