Descripción

Our Intro session is the perfect introduction to this sport and is for those who have never tried paddleboarding before. This hour long lesson teaches the basic techniques and theory to get you on your feet and out on the water safely.

Requisitos

This is a group lesson of up to 5 adults and not suitable for those under 14.

Qué traer

A cap if it is very sunny or hat for winter
Sunglasses on a string
Suncream
Water
Wetsuit boots or neoprene beach shoes (if you have them) or you can borrow some of ours.

Itinerario

During the course you will be given an introduction to how the weather and environment affects you, how to carry the board and paddle, paddling technique, different types of turns, self rescue, how to fall safely as well as how to plan expeditions.
