Let's start your day with a bit of Thames magic. We won't be swimming nor getting wet, just floating ,stretching and paddling to the sounds of nature around us. In groups of 5 we will kit up with a buoyancy aid and attach you to a paddleboard, equipped with leash and paddle and you will clamber on board.
The mornings are still very chilly, so it is necessary to dress accordingly so you can feel cozy not cold. Hats, gloves , thick socks ( maybe crocs so you can take them off easily) and if you have over trousers ( wet day walk in Wales) then put those over your comfy trousers.
Meet outside 15 minutes before the session so we can get you kitted up.
Water quality for Ecoli is tested weekly and we need to have low winds for this activity to take place. If nasty weather we will cancel on the water part.
