Paddleboard Maidenhead

Had an amazing day on the Cricklade to Lechlade Paddle today. The first 10 km being as  close to a Sup Assault course as you can get with great guidance and encouragement from Phil. The second 10km being a more restorative paddle.

I had such a beautiful experience at the SUP Yoga River Retreat. We had gorgeous weather, amazing company and such a peaceful atmosphere on the river. The combination of paddleboarding, yoga and meditation was incredibly relaxing and grounding. It honestly felt like a proper reset and a chance to reconnect with nature and slow down for a moment.

Everything was really well organised and welcoming, and the whole experience felt calm, supportive and uplifting from start to finish. I left feeling completely recharged and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something both relaxing and fun.

I had such a lovely time paddleboarding! The instructor was so friendly, helpful and informative, which made the whole experience really enjoyable and relaxing. I felt really comfortable and learned a lot too. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to give paddleboarding a try!
