Descripción

Join us for 1.5 hours of on the water tuition in the stunning surroundings of Porthleven Harbour. High or Low tide we have sheltered areas for lessons that will assist in teaching you all the techniques for a safe and fun SUP adventure. Once you finish your lesson you will still have free time afterwards to test those new found skills and tricks!

Requisitos

Open to all ages and swimming abilities. If you cant swim please pass this onto your instructor before the start of the session.

Qué traer

All kit is supplied for the session that you will need including shoes, wetsuits and buoyancy aids. Please remember to bring your swimwear for under the wetsuits, towels and warm clothes for after the session.

Itinerario

Once you are kitted up you will have a quick brief on-land to give you the basics of handling a board before you venture out. Once on the water you will learn lots of new skills and tricks to make your future paddleboarding experiences even better. Handstands are optional!
